My Top Ten New Year's Resolutions

1 Start running again.

2 Read more Shakespeare (Really I only have 12 plays left, and I've just stopped).

3 Make sure I get tickets to The Cherry Orchard and The Winter's Tale

4 Read all of the books I got in the last month in the next three months. (Went on mad shopping spree. Got clothes and books, it would be so much cheaper easier if I just wanted one or the other, damn me for being both shallow and addicted to books.)

5 Do my work at BMCC.

6 Memorize more poetry.

7 Watch Six and Two finally.

8 Write prose or poetry for at least fifteen minutes a day and hope something actually comes of it.

9 Get over the fact that I hate RTD and fall in love with Who again.

9 pt2 Get over the fact that I hate RTD and write a cohesive review for The Next Doctor.

9 pt3 To get over the anger that pt2 will create, write a squee!view™ (a review made of squee) for a Third Doctor arc, or a Romana arc.

10 Be out of the country by 2010. (I can't believe it's gonna be 2010 next year... I mean I still do all of my math from 2000, I'm convinced the 60's were 40 years ago, the 80's 20, etc, I don't like the idea of it being further... it upsets my internal balance.)

Also on Leverage (which I've been enjoying in place of Hustle) there was the best line ever, on being stuck in a small town with no wifi: "It took me over an hour to torrent the newest episode of Doctor Who." I felt like I was seeing a kindred spirit.
