This is lovely. I love how you captured their voice and... that's one thing I love about them, the way they can seem to find solace in each other.

When he does wake up he finds his partner bathed in the few rays coming in through dark clouds, he thinks it isn't really a disappointment.


I love that, that's such a callback to that moment in the pilot and such an iconic imagery at that!
